Thermal Systems
Nivisys has developed a family of extremely lightweight, ergonomic, long-wave thermal systems designed for the special operations community. These rugged thermal monocular and goggle systems are characterized by their high performance imaging, combined with compact, user-friendly design. The TAM-14 Thermal Monocular and the PHX-7 Thermal Goggle have been modeled after the AN/PVS-14 and AN/PVS-7, respectively, in order to ensure a smooth operator transition from image-intensified technology to long-wave thermal imaging. Both the TAM-14 and PHX-7 use common interfaces and ancillary components with the currently fielded AN/PVS-14, allowing the user to employ many of the codified support components widely available in existing logistics support structures.
