Universal Thermal Monocular (UTAM-32S, UTAM-32M)

 

The UTAM Series is the latest achievement of our multi-use thermal imagers. The UTAM gives the operator enhanced surveillance and targeting capability during night and adverse weather conditions along with the most versatility in field applications.

The UTAM-32 can be helmet or weapon mounted. It features five user selectable reticles and precise azimuth and elevation adjustments making targeting simple, fast, and accurate. In the hand-held mode, the UTAM-32S has optional 2X and 3X afocal lenses to optically increase range detection of the unit. A hot-shoe is incorporated for the use of various accessories such as a remote control, video-in/out with NTSC/PAL video signals, and external power supply.

With the variety of optical configurations, the UTAM Series can feature the latest 320 x 240 (25µm) VOx detector technology to enhance range performance. No other thermal system in the market offers this kind of operational modularity.
